Movement

Move, feel, and RELEASE

Dancing has always been something that I've found a tremendous amount of joy in doing. From the age of 6, I would observe my mother dance around the house to her favorite reggae hits. I would always instantly become inspired by her; her ability to wine, to shake, to MOVE!

So I practiced. Almost everyday I danced in front of a blank TV screen because that was the closest thing I had to a full length mirror. Little by little I started to embody my mother's movements; but they weren't quite like hers because I had my own unique drum I had to discover. Once I found my own drum and fell in love with its beat, I became a dancer.

Find your sense of freedom and be free in it!

You don't have to go to the best dance school to be a dancer; the best comes from your ability to always transform and grow with every turn and twist you make. Your body is constantly enhancing it's biochemistry with your spirit when you move and that is therapy in itself!

Yes, yoga.

I made the decision to try yoga in 2017! I am very new to this practice and I'm still learning more about it everyday. So far what yoga has taught me is that there's a little voice in there, in your body that is much bigger than YOU. With every inhale, exhale, and stretch I have also learned how to listen and understand what that little voice is saying.

Therefore,

I would inspire you to immerse yourself in movement everyday even if it's just for a minute.

just move.
